〈Welcome〉

Thank you so much for visiting Aménoyomise.

This shop offers original stationery and stamps designed by Amé (@ame___journal), who shares journaling and stationery on Instagram.

As everything is designed, prepared, and shipped by one person, I’d really appreciate your understanding of the following.

〈Ordering〉

* To give as many people as possible a chance to enjoy my products, purchases are limited to one of each item per customer.
* If multiple orders of the same item are found, all related orders may be canceled.
* Once an order has been placed, I’m unable to accept cancellations or changes.
* Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.

〈Products〉

* Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
* My products are made in a home shared with cats. Although I take great care during production and packaging, please keep this in mind if you have allergies or concerns.

〈Shipping〉

* Orders are usually shipped within 7–14 days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on the order volume.
* To reduce paper waste, packing slips are not included with orders.

〈Stamps〉

* The stamp handles are made of natural wood.
Each piece has its own unique grain and character, so no two are exactly alike.
We hope you’ll enjoy these natural variations.
(Please note that specific pieces cannot be selected.)
* Stamp sets do not include a storage box.
Like individual stamps, they will be packed in a bag for shipping.

〈Packaging〉

* Gift wrapping is not currently available.
If I receive many requests, I may consider offering this service in the future.
* To reduce environmental impact, I keep the use of plastic packaging materials, such as OPP bags, to a minimum.

〈Terms of Use〉

You’re very welcome to use these stamps for personal projects, handmade creations, cards, journals, paper crafts, and items you sell.

However, reproducing or selling the stamped designs themselves, or copying or redistributing the original artwork, is not permitted.

I hope my stamps become a small part of your everyday journaling and creative life.
